How Curators & Clippers Earn

→ Each profile sets their own submission cost in diamonds.
→ When an artist submits, 40% of the cost is credited to that profile's diamond wallet.
→ Once you've accumulated 💎 50 ($50 minimum), request a payout via PayPal from your dashboard.

By accessing or using Music Promo Clippers (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated herein. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including artists, curators, influencers, and content clippers. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as updated from time to time.

Music Promo Clippers is a marketplace that connects independent artists with playlist curators, social media influencers, and content creators ("Clippers") for music promotion. MPC facilitates introductions and transactions between parties but is not a record label, management company, or music publisher, and makes no guarantees of commercial success, streaming numbers, playlist placement, or audience growth. Results vary and are entirely dependent on third-party Promoters who operate independently of MPC.

"Diamonds" are the Platform's internal virtual credits used to purchase submissions. Diamonds are purchased in packs priced in USD. Diamonds are not currency, not legal tender, and have no monetary value outside the Platform. Diamonds cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash except through the Platform's approved Promoter payout process. MPC reserves the right to adjust Diamond pricing, pack sizes, and submission costs at any time without notice.

ALL DIAMOND PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Diamond purchases cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with promotion results, or account closure; (b) Diamonds that remain unused at the time of account termination or ban are forfeited without compensation; (c) Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals initiated with your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or your bank) without prior written authorization from MPC constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account ban, forfeiture of all Diamonds, and MPC may pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred; (d) MPC will vigorously contest all unauthorized chargebacks and provide transaction records, these Terms, and your agreement to them as evidence to payment processors. The only exception to this policy is the in-platform Diamond credit auto-refund described in Section 7, which returns Diamond credits to your account balance — not cash to your payment method.

Artists must own or control all rights to submitted music. By submitting, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have licensed the rights to the submitted content; (b) your music does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) you are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, have obtained verified parental or guardian consent; (d) your submission does not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal. Submissions of copyrighted material you do not own will result in immediate account termination without refund of any Diamonds. MPC bears no liability whatsoever for copyright or intellectual property claims arising from artist submissions, and you agree to indemnify MPC for any such claims.

Approved curators, clippers, and influencers ("Promoters") agree to: (a) review submissions honestly and within the stated 7-day response window; (b) only accept submissions they genuinely intend to promote; (c) deliver promised placements or posts within the agreed timeframe; (d) provide genuine, constructive feedback when declining. Promoters who consistently fail to deliver or accept submissions in bad faith will be removed at MPC's sole discretion and may forfeit earned Diamonds. MPC makes no guarantee that any specific Promoter will accept, feature, or post any submitted song.

Promoters earn Diamonds upon accepting or declining submissions per the platform's published payout schedule. Diamonds may be withdrawn as USD via PayPal subject to: (a) a hold period after approval at MPC's discretion; (b) applicable processing fees deducted at withdrawal; (c) a minimum payout threshold. MPC reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel payouts pending fraud investigation or violation of these Terms. Payout approval is at MPC's sole and absolute discretion. MPC is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures by PayPal or any third-party payment processor.

If a Promoter does not respond to a submission within 7 days, the artist's spent Diamonds are automatically returned to their account balance as Diamond credits — this is not a cash refund. Clippers and influencers who accept but fail to provide proof of posting within 7 days may have the submission reversed and artist Diamonds returned at admin discretion. This policy applies only to Diamond credits within the Platform and does not entitle any user to a monetary refund of any kind. MPC is not responsible for delays caused by platform outages or third-party service failures.

Users may not: (a) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or submission costs; (b) submit music they do not own or have rights to; (c) use bots, scripts, automation, or fake accounts; (d) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (e) attempt to manipulate payout systems or exploit platform mechanics; (f) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (g) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform; (h) initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes; (i) impersonate MPC, its staff, or other users. Violations result in immediate permanent ban without refund of any Diamonds balance and may result in legal action.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MPC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MPC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. MPC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED, FEATURED, POSTED, OR GENERATE STREAMS, FOLLOWERS, OR REVENUE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MPC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. MPC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY USER FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THAT USER FOR DIAMONDS IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MPC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) any content you submit to the Platform; or (e) any dispute between you and another user. MPC reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

Artists retain full ownership of their submitted music. By submitting, artists grant MPC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display song metadata (title, artist name, cover art) within the Platform for facilitation purposes only. MPC does not claim ownership of any submitted content. Promoters are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for their use of accepted songs. All Platform branding, design, code, and content is owned exclusively by MPC and may not be copied or reproduced.

MPC reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community, at our sole and absolute discretion. Banned accounts forfeit their entire Diamonds balance with no compensation. Account termination does not entitle you to any refund. Appeal requests may be sent to partnerships@musicpromoclippers.com and will be reviewed at MPC's discretion — MPC is under no obligation to reinstate any account.

We collect email addresses and profile information solely to operate the Platform. We do not sell user data to third parties. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal, which operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We use Supabase for data storage, Netlify for hosting, and third-party services for notifications, each governed by their own privacy policies. By using the Platform, you consent to this data processing.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration, not in court. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator under commercially reasonable rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before initiating any arbitration or legal proceeding, you must first contact MPC at partnerships@musicpromoclippers.com with a written description of your claim and your desired resolution. MPC will have 30 days to respond. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before proceeding to arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

MPC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
