1. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by MPC, purchased on this website, through an invoice, through a payment link, inside our Whop community, or by any other method. That includes but is not limited to:
- Diamonds and any other platform credit, in every pack size
- Submissions sent to curators, clippers, influencers, labels and bloggers
- Clipping campaigns and music promo campaigns of every size and budget
- Logo, product and brand placement campaigns
- Influencer content, reaction content and creator-made edits
- Song royalty and sync licensing services
- Custom packages, retainers, rush fees, add-ons and any bespoke scope we quote you
- Management, strategy, consulting and reporting fees bundled into any of the above
Once payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable, non-returnable and non-cancellable, except in the narrow situations listed in Section 6 or where the law of your jurisdiction says otherwise.
2. Why sales are final
MPC is a service and digital goods business, not a retailer of returnable goods. There is nothing to send back, and the money is committed the moment you buy:
- We pay people immediately. Campaign budgets are allocated to independent creators, curators and clippers as soon as a campaign is booked. Those creators are paid for the work they perform, and we cannot recover that money from them if you later change your mind.
- Digital delivery is instant. Diamonds are credited to your wallet the moment your payment clears and can be spent right away.
- Creative work cannot be un-made. Once content is filmed, edited, posted and seen by an audience, the service has been delivered. It cannot be returned or withdrawn from the people who already watched it.
- Reserved capacity has a cost. Booking your campaign means turning down or delaying other work in the same slot.
3. Clipping campaigns and promotional services
This section governs every campaign we run, and it controls over anything said in a chat, a call, an email, a quote or a marketing page.
3.1 What you are actually buying
You are paying for creator effort and content distribution: real creators producing short-form content featuring your song, brand or product and posting it to their own audiences, plus our work sourcing, briefing, coordinating, screening and reporting on that content.
You are not buying views, streams, followers, saves, sales, chart positions, playlist adds, viral outcomes or any other result. Views and performance figures shown anywhere on our site, in our estimator, in case studies or in a quote are estimates and historical examples only. They are not promises, guarantees, warranties or contractual deliverables, and results vary enormously by song, genre, artwork, timing, market and platform algorithm.
3.2 Campaign funds are committed when the campaign is booked
A campaign is booked when your payment clears. At that point your budget is allocated to creators and the campaign enters production. Payment is non-refundable from that moment, in whole or in part, whether the campaign has started posting or not.
3.3 Delivery is measured by content posted, not by performance
A campaign is considered delivered when the agreed content has been posted by creators. Once posting has begun, the campaign is in progress and cannot be cancelled for a refund. If a campaign is still running, we finish it. We do not cash it out.
3.4 Your responsibilities
Campaigns depend on you supplying usable material. Delay or failure on your side does not create a refund right. You are responsible for:
- Providing audio, video, artwork, links, handles, briefs and approvals on time
- Holding all rights to the material you give us, and clearing any samples or third-party content in it
- Keeping the sound, song or product live and available on the relevant platforms for the whole campaign
- Responding to our questions within a reasonable time
If your track, sound, account or product is removed, taken down, muted, region-locked, renamed or made private during the campaign, the campaign is still considered delivered and no refund is due.
3.5 Things outside our control
No refund is due for outcomes driven by factors we do not control, including platform algorithm changes, moderation decisions, takedowns, copyright or DMCA actions, account bans, shadow bans, sound page removals, API or platform outages, rights-holder disputes, or changes in public taste.
3.6 What we do instead of refunds
We fix delivery problems, not disappointment. If creators we booked genuinely fail to post the agreed content, our sole remedy, at our discretion, is to re-assign that portion of the campaign to other creators, extend the campaign, or issue platform credit of equivalent value. This is a make-good, not a refund, and it is limited to the value of the undelivered portion.
4. Diamonds and marketplace submissions
- Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction completes and the Diamonds are credited.
- Diamonds are virtual platform credit with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out. Purchased Diamonds are never eligible for payout.
- Spending Diamonds on a submission buys consideration and a written review from that promoter, not acceptance, a playlist add, a post or any promotional outcome. A decline is a delivered service, and the Diamonds spent are not returned.
- If a promoter lets a submission expire without responding within the review window, the Diamonds spent are automatically returned to your Diamond balance as platform credit. That is an in-platform credit, never a cash refund to your card or PayPal.
- Unused Diamonds are forfeited if your account is terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
5. Situations that do not qualify for a refund
To be completely clear, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits or cancellations because:
- A campaign produced fewer views, streams, likes, saves, followers, sales or revenue than you hoped or than an estimate suggested
- You are unhappy with the creative style, editing, captions, voiceover or presentation of creator content
- You did not like which creators were selected, or how large their accounts were
- Your song, brand or product did not perform commercially
- You changed your mind, changed direction, cancelled your release, or no longer want the service
- You bought the wrong pack, the wrong package size, or more than you meant to
- You did not read this policy, the Terms of Service, or a quote before paying
- Someone else with access to your account or payment method made the purchase
- You were banned or suspended for breaching our Terms
- A third-party platform removed, muted or restricted your content or your sound
- You expected a guarantee that we have never given
6. The only exceptions
We will make it right in these specific cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge. You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an amount that does not match what you agreed to.
- Paid but not delivered. Your payment cleared but the Diamonds were never credited to your wallet, and we cannot credit them.
- We cancel before work begins. If we decline or cancel your campaign before any budget has been committed to creators, we will refund the uncommitted portion or issue platform credit, at our discretion.
- Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. See Section 7.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only, and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or PayPal.
7. EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU and The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Digital content (Diamonds): by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Diamonds are credited to your account. This is confirmed by the acknowledgement you tick at checkout.
Services (campaigns): by booking a campaign you expressly request that performance begins immediately. If you then withdraw within the 14 day window, you remain liable for the value of the services already supplied up to that point, which includes budget already committed to creators, content already produced or posted, and work already performed.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights where those rights cannot be waived, including rights relating to services that are not supplied as described.
8. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at partnerships@musicpromoclippers.com within 7 days of the charge, with your name, the email on the account, the date, the amount and the last four digits of the payment method. We investigate and respond within 5 business days. Reporting after 7 days makes an error much harder to verify and correct.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Talk to us before you talk to your bank. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us breaches our Terms of Service.
We keep full records of every transaction, including your account, your IP address, the timestamp of your acceptance of this policy, purchase receipts, campaign briefs, creator assignments and links to the content posted for you. We submit that evidence to contest disputes we believe are not legitimate.
Where a chargeback is filed against a delivered service, we may: permanently terminate the account and forfeit any remaining Diamond balance, refuse future service, stop an in-progress campaign, and recover the disputed amount plus any dispute fees charged to us, including through a collections process where the amount justifies it.
10. How you accept this policy
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. You accept it in all of the following ways:
- By ticking the acknowledgement box shown before you buy Diamonds or submit a campaign brief
- By creating an account, which requires agreement to our Terms
- By paying an invoice, payment link or quote that references this policy
- By using any MPC product or service
We record the date and time of that acknowledgement with the transaction. We may update this policy at any time, and the version published here on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to it.

Questions about this policy, a charge, or a campaign already running:

We would much rather sort something out with you directly than have you fight it with a bank. If a campaign is not going the way you expected, tell us while it is running and we will look at it.
